On 2 October 2025, the EARLALL team took part in the Interreg Europe Project Training Days for third-call projects, held in Lille, France. EARLALL joined the event in its role as communications manager for the QUEEN (Quality Apprenticeships for Evolving Labour Needs) and LeadEx (Learning about the Educational Approach to Develop Excellence) projects.
The training gathered lead partners, finance managers, controllers, and communications managers from 99 projects approved in the third call of the Interreg Europe Programme. Among the attendees were representatives from the Regional Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Employment – Region of Murcia (LeadEx lead partner), the Podkarpackie Region (LeadEx partner), and the Agency for the Development of the Empolese Valdelsa (ASEV), lead partner of the QUEEN project.
Over three days, participants focused on key aspects of project management, including financial reporting, project activities, and communication strategies. Olga Chizhevskaya (EARLALL) took part in the communications-focused sessions. Led by the Interreg Europe Communications Team, these included three interactive workshops: How to improve my project website, storytelling and social media, and my approach to project communication. The rotating format allowed participants to explore diverse perspectives and practical methods, while also gaining tools to improve websites, apply storytelling techniques effectively, and strengthen overall communication strategies. The day concluded with a joint reflection and exchange of experiences.
