If you wish to become an EARLALL Member, please read and agree with the Earlall Statute and Regulations. The application form should be completed and signed by your political representative, then it should be sent to the EARLALL secretariat together with a declaration on the competence of your Regional/Local Government in the field of education/lifelong learning, related to the objectives of the EARLALL – please see art 4 of the statute for the EARLALL objectives.

Please note that only regional and local authorities with competence in lifelong learning can become members, while other organisations have the possibility to become observers of the organization.

All members pay an annual membership fee of 2500 EUR. Regional and local authorities from the EU15 countries pay an additional quota in relation to number of inhabitants and growth index. The maximum annual fee is 8000 EUR.
