Summary: Prevalet intends to create a device that supports the Open Method of Coordination among Regional Governments applied to the field of regional policies on professional training with the aim of increasing its quality and of supporting the transfer of innovation among the systems. Such device will be activated at regional level and it will concern the policies intended for young drop outs and for non formal education for adults.
To favour the transfer of innovation among European different regional governments reducing the transfer times. The process of European unification induces the Regional Governments to face similar problems with different measures and solutions. For this it is important to create a system of more effective results transfer.
